About
WELCOME TO THE CREEKING TAVERN
The Creeking Tavern is a Dungeons and Dragons campaign formed for all the adventurers in Beavercreek and the surrounding areas. The Tavern consists of a team of "Tavern Masters" (DMs) who attempt to run multiple sessions a week to accommodate the vastly different schedules of our players.
The campaign is run in a West Marches style of play, allowing players to attend sessions at their own convenience. This concept is explained well in the video linked below:
The West Marches, Running the Game #30
Sessions may not always be held at the same time each week, and players are not obligated to attend every session that's available. We welcome all ranges of experience, from “trying D&D out for the first time” to “I’ve been playing for the last 30 years.”
Our goal is to create a safe, fun and quality gaming experience for everyone. We may end up having a fairly wide age diversity, and with that in mind we strive to keep conversations, subject matter, and the environment at a TV-14 level.

CAMPAIGN RULES
-
Respect other players. Give everyone a chance to participate in the fun.
-
Pay Attention during sessions. When your turn is approaching, you should be preparing your actions.
-
Come prepared. At a minimum, you should have your updated character sheet, a pencil and your dice.
-
Don't take your party members' actions too seriously - remember, they're role playing!
-
Be respectful of the facilities, areas and homes we conduct sessions in. Keep things neat, and clean up before you leave.
-
The DMs ruling is final. Debating the ruling during a session should be kept to a minimum. Discuss it outside the session.
-
Push the limits! Challenge the TM's and your own creativity. The more effort you put into making your character come alive, the more fun you and those around you will have.
